Location: Olympic National Park – Elwha River

Cost: $495

Are you searching for a restorative outdoor experience with fellow educators after a busy school year? This is the trip for you! Spend 4 days, 3-nights in the Elwha Valley with peers, our amazing guides (teachers themselves), and an experienced naturalist. Learn about the flora and fauna of the Olympics, the benefits of being outdoors, and the skills to be a confident backpacker. Relish in the clarity, wonder, and intentional community you will bring back for yourself and your students. Whether you’re seeking a refreshing getaway or looking to enrich your teaching with new perspectives on the benefits of being outdoors, this experience will leave you feeling inspired and recharged.

Before hitting the trail, join us for a pre-trip meeting where we’ll address any questions you have and help you get ready for your adventure. During the trip, you can expect full days of hiking and exploration with Wild Society guides and naturalists, who will help build your confidence in the backcountry.
