In order to keep our programs affordable, we plan way ahead and count on a full roster. It’s very difficult to fill spots last minute.
General Policy
- The $50 administrative/registration fee is nonrefundable.
- For cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the program start date, we will issue a full refund minus the $50 administrative fee.
- For cancellations within 30 days of the program start date or no-shows, tuition is non-refundable.
- If a participant is dismissed from a program due to behavior, no refund will be issued. View our full Behavioral Policy here.
Covid-19
- If Wild Society cancels programs to stay in compliance with government orders, we will issue a full refund.
- All other COVID-19 related cancellations we will consider on a case by case basis with flexibility and understanding.
