In order to keep our programs affordable, we plan way ahead and count on a full roster. It’s very difficult to fill spots last minute.
General Policy
- For cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the program start date, we will issue a full refund minus a $50 admin fee that is non-refundable.
- For cancellations within 30 days of the program start date or no-shows, tuition is non-refundable.
- If a participant is dismissed from a program due to behavior, no refund will be issued. View our full Behavioral Policy here.
