We are a nonprofit organization committed to keeping the cost of our programs low and providing as many scholarships as possible. It is part of our mission to be accessible to youth of all financial backgrounds. We encourage you to ask for assistance if you need it and pay what you can.
Eligibility is need-based. We take into consideration family’s qualifying status for free/reduced lunch programs, annual income, number of dependents, etc.
Our financial aid budget is limited and priority will be given to qualified applicants who apply by April 15th. In the event that qualified applications exceed our budget, we will start a waitlist and contact donors as possible.
Notification & Acceptance
Award notifications will be sent on or before May 1st. To receive aid, you must accept in writing and, if applicable, pay the tuition balance by May 15th.
If you are able to pay all or part of tuition but not all at once, we will work with you to set up a payment plan.
A family may apply for multiple children within their immediate family, but only one session per child.
All financial aid applications are kept confidential, and have no bearing on eligibility to participate in our programs. Applying for financial aid will neither increase nor decrease your chances of getting into a program.
We ask for a $50 deposit with your application to cover administrative expenses. This fee will only be refundable if we are not able to award the aid you request in full. If you are not able to pay $50 at the time of applying, please contact us to discuss.
